This Privacy Policy applies to personal data received by UAB Telenordi through its website, contact form, job application form and correspondence with website visitors.

2. What personal data do we process?

Contact and enquiry data

When you submit a contact form or contact us, we may process:

• your first and last name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• company name;
• your message and other information you provide voluntarily;
• subsequent correspondence and communication data.

Job candidate data

When you submit an application or CV, we may process:

• your first and last name;
• email address and telephone number;
• the position or area of work in which you are interested;
• employment history, education and qualifications;
• information included in your CV and other submitted documents;
• your message and recruitment-related communication.

Please do not include excessive personal information or information unrelated to your application in recruitment documents.

Technical and security data

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the website and its forms against automated submissions, spam, misuse and technical disruption.

During a security check, information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, user-agent information, connection characteristics, website origin, verification time, interaction data and the generated verification token may be processed.

This information is used to determine whether a form is being completed by a person, protect the forms against automated abuse and validate a submission before it is delivered. We do not use Cloudflare Turnstile for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Why and on what legal basis do we process data?

Responding to enquiries

We use contact information to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential cooperation, prepare a proposal and continue communication relating to the enquiry.

This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and is also based on our legitimate interest in administering enquiries and maintaining business communication.

Recruitment

We use candidate information to assess suitability for a particular role, contact candidates, arrange interviews and make recruitment decisions.

This processing is necessary to take steps at the candidate’s request before potentially entering into an employment contract. Short-term retention after recruitment is also based on our legitimate interest in answering questions and, where necessary, protecting legal interests.

Website and form security

We process technical and security information, including information processed through Cloudflare Turnstile, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website and its forms secure and protecting them against spam, automated submissions, fraud and other misuse.

Where processing is required by law, it is based on a legal obligation applicable to us.

4. How long do we retain personal data?

• Contact-form and enquiry data are retained for two years following the last communication relating to the enquiry.
• Candidate and CV data are retained for six months after the relevant recruitment process has ended.
• We do not retain CVs or candidate information for unrelated future vacancies. A new application must be submitted for a future role.
• Technical information used to prevent automated submissions is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant security measure to operate.

In individual cases, information may be retained for longer where required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Who may receive your data?

Personal data may be accessed or received by:

• authorised UAB Telenordi employees who require the information to perform their duties;
• website-hosting, email, IT-maintenance and information-security service providers, including Cloudflare, Inc., whose Turnstile service is used to protect forms against automated abuse;
• legal, audit or other professional advisers where necessary;
• public authorities, courts or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law.

Service providers may process personal data only in accordance with our instructions and appropriate data-protection requirements. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Where one of our service providers, including Cloudflare, processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the information is transferred only where a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are in place.

Cloudflare may process technical security information globally. Further information about Cloudflare’s data-protection and international-transfer practices is available in its privacy documentation.

7. Are you required to provide personal data?

You are not legally required to provide personal data to us. However, without the contact information or other details necessary to assess an enquiry or application, we may be unable to respond, contact you or assess your application.

To submit a contact or job application form, the security check used to protect the forms against automated abuse must be completed successfully.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:

• receive information about the processing of your data;
• access personal data that we process about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of personal data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive data you provided in a structured format;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not use data submitted through the website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Cloudflare Turnstile automatically evaluates technical signals to distinguish legitimate website visitors from automated programs. This security check is not used to make decisions concerning your enquiry or job application.
